The steak & kidney and steak and ale pies were really good. I had the former with chips and mushy peas; the chips were the best I’ve had out in many months.
We took five pies home, three of which only lasted a couple of days.
It’s probably a good thing that it’s a 40 minute drive to the pub otherwise pies might be on the home menu several times a week.

One of our favourite days out in Warwickshire is walking along the canal from Wooten Wawen and ending up at the Fleur de Lys. Amazing that they offer gluten free vegetarian pie for me too. Thank you Fleur.

Occassion was a group of friends meal and we were well looked after from when we arrived. Super service and food (pre-ordered). We weren't rushed either as some places do to get two sittings in. Thanks to the Fleur

Currently my favourite pub. A great location by the canal and that have the best pies. The beer selection is good.

Amazing outdoor seating area. We only went for pudding and coffee following a walk and it was delicious!! Lovely vibe to the pub and the main food we saw going past looked great! The outside area is fantastic and they have a small childrens play area and football pitch which the kids loved! Will definately return!!!

Good countryside pub which is dog friendly (treats and poo bags available). Good selection of zero % beers for dry January. Area that is dog friendly is small but there is covered seating outside.

Fantastic pub, lovely setting and friendly service.
We've been going here for years and it's always been a great place for a drink. Their food is good and their pies are famous.
The staff are always friendly and provide great service. Can't recommend enough, although you should book a table as it can often be busy.

Beautiful gastropub in lowsonford. Food is really good, lots of excellent beer to choose from and friendly team. The pub itself is beautiful, with low beams and real fires everywhere

8 of us had a really lovely family meal here. The service was friendly and prompt, food was delicious - lots of options including several veggie/vegan (the pies were incredible)...not a complaint to be had, would HIGHLY recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the fact this little pub is in the middle of nowhere, warmed by open fires and a buzz of everyone chatting to each other.
I was invited to a Xmas dinner with a few from work. Was amazed by the price and the food.
Would definitely recommend a Pie!
Returned a week later with the family on the off chance of a table which wasn't a problem. Again amazing food and their children menus were great.

Me and an old mate of mine went on a country walk in which we crossed two canals, one railway and one motorway and we ended up back at the Fleur de Lys.
We were given a table in front of a fireplace which had a nice log or two burning upon it. Lunch was absolutely delicious and well presented and so was a good oint of Abbot ale. Oh and we both shared a single plate with double chocolate cake and ice cream, delicious!
